Ingredients
- KENTUCKY-STYLE MARINADE
- 1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- FLORIDA-STYLE MARINADE
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tea. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tea. minced fresh ginger, or 1/2 tea. ground ginger
- 1 tea. chopped garlic
- NEW ENGLAND-STYLE MARINADE
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. light oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey

Preparation
Step 1
Marinade salmon filets (1/2 hour on counter or 1 hour in refrigerator)
Grill until flaky.
Thoroughly heat leftover marinade and serve with the salmon
