Ingredients
- 2 bacon slices
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 / 4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan; crumble.
Add Brussels sprouts to drippings in pan, and saute 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in 1/2 cup water and next 3 ingredients. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until sprouts are te3nder. Uncover and cook 2 minutes or until liquid evaporates; sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
