- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 14 oz. can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 14 oz. can vegetable broth
- 1 tea. dried sage, crushed
- salt and ground pepper

In a a medium saucepan combine pumpkin, beans, coconut milk, broth and sage. Heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
