Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • celery as much as desired
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs corn starch
  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Boneless/skinless chicken and cut into strips, drain pineapple chunks, combine pineapple syrup with 3/4 cups water and bouillon cube.

Melt butter over high heat in large frying pan, add chicken strips and stir constantly, add celery and salt. Cook and stir 2 min, add pineapple chunks and syrup mixture, bring to boil and reduce heat.

Cover and cook 4 min.

Blend corn starch and water, stir all at once and cook till thickened, serve over rice.
