Ingredients

  • GLAZE:
  • 1 package cake mix
  • 1 small package instant pudding (the same as cake mix)
  • 3/4 cup water (use coffee with chocolate cake)
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 Table milk (lemon juice for lemon cake)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*.

Beat eggs, add cake mix, beat well. Add water, beat well, add oil, beat well. Add pudding mix beat 2 minutes. Pour into a greased ad floured 10 tube or bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes in pan then invert and remove from pan.

Glaze: Blend confectioners sugar with milk (or lemon juice). Drizzle over cake.
