Ingredients
- 1/4 oz. Pequin Chile
- 1 oz. De Arbol
- 2 C water
- 1 1/2 C white Vinegar
- 1/2 c seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 slices yellow onion
- 1 1/2 t salt
- added: 2 cloves garlic, and 1/4 red onion simmered in 1 cup water and 1 cup vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Put chilies in oven at 350 deg. till fragrant 2- 5 min.
Add to water, garlic and onion and simmer 15 min.
Add vinegar and salt and simmer 15 min.
Blend until liquefied and strain with fine mesh strainer.
Adjust thickness with added simmered water and vinegar.
Funnel into 5 oz. bottles
