Ingredients

  • 12 oz package of Johnsonville Sausage Links
  • 6 English Muffins (Cut into 1" cubes)
  • 1/4 Cup melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar and Mozzerella
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Bacon Bits

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage - Cool - Cut into 1/4" slices.
Place muffin cubes in greased 9x13 pan - drizzle with butter.
Layer with sausage, cheese and onion.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper.
Pour over cheese.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
