Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 large cans(regular size not those mini ones) mandarin oranges(juice and all)
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of oil
- Cake Topping:
- 1 tub of Cool Whip
- 1 box of vanilla pudding
- 1 can of crushed pineapple drained

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Dump 2 large cans(regular size not those mini ones) mandarin oranges into a yellow cake mix with one egg and 1/4 cup of oil. Bake at the temperature as directed on the cake mix box.
Cake Topping:
1 tub of Cool Whip mixed with 1 box of vanilla pudding and 1 can of crushed pineapple drained… Mix together.. Spread on cooled cake and keep refrigerated. Yummo!
