  • 6 eggs
  • 2 lbs. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tarter

Preparation

Step 1

Seperate eggs and beat whites to stiff, frothy peaks. Beat yolks to lemon color and then combine egg yolks and egg whites and blend well with mixer. Add powdered sugar a little at a time and keep beating, add cream of tarter shortly after adding sugar. Keep adding sugar till gone and decrease speed as batter get's heavy. Add 1 1/2 oz rum to batter to preserve. Keep refrigerated

To make cocktail:

Put 1 Tbsp batter, 1 1/2 oz. rum, 1/2 oz. brandy in a coffee cup and then fill with boiling water. Sprinkle Nutmeg on top.
