Ingredients
- 8 Ounce pkg stuffing mix
- 1/2 Cup Hot water
- 2 Tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 Cup sweetened, dried cranberries
- 3 Pound boneless turkey breast, cut in half
- 1/4 Teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Coat a 4 1/2 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray; spoon in dry stuffing mix. Add water,
butter, onion, celery and cranberries; mix well. Sprinkle turkey breast pieces with basil, salt and
pepper and place over stuffing mixture. Cook on High, covered, for one hour; reduce to low for 6hr.
Remove turkey, slice and set aside. Gently stir the stuffing and allow to sit for 5min. Transfer
stuffing to a platter and top with sliced turkey. Makes 4-6 servings.
