Ingredients
- 1 pkg (17.5 oz) sugar cookie mix
- 1 large egg
- 10 Tbsp butter at room temperature
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Using electric mixer on medium speed, beat first 3 ingredients 2 minutes or until soft dough forms; press into greased 8" square baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. In microwave safe bowl, microwave milk on 50% power for 8 minutes, stirring once. Reduce power to 30%; microwave 12 minutes or until light brown caramel color, stirring once. Add vanilla extract; pour over crust. Chill 1 hour. Top with chocolate. Chill until set.
