Cheeseburger Meatloaf 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 10 Premium Plus Whole Wheat Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread, divided
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Original BarBQ Sauce
  • 1 small tomato, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX meat, cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz, 1/4 cup onions and egg until well blended. Shape into 3/4-inch-thick round loaf in foil-lined pan; brush with barbecue sauce.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until done (160ºF). Transfer to plate.

SPOON remaining Cheez Whiz into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 30 sec. or until heated through when stirred; pour over meatloaf. Top with tomatoes and remaining onions
