Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. olive oil
• 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
• 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
• 3/4 tsp. dried basil
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. onion powder
• 1/2 tsp. Dijon
• 1/3 c. + 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except vinegar. Pour in vinegar and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
