2 1/2 oz. blue cheese
3 Tbs. buttermilk
3 Tbs. sour cream
2 Tbs. mayo
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Mash blue cheese and buttermilk together with a fork until mixture resembles large-curd cottage cheese. Stir in sour cream, may, vinegar, sugar, and garlic powder. Season to taste
