Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 2-4 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup ground Flax seeds
- 4 Tsp shredded coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Add peaches, coconut milk, cinnamon and nutmeg to saucepan. Let simmer until peaches and coconut start to simmer.
Add banana and let simmer until peaches soften and fruit warms through.
Add almond flour, stir, and simmer until thickens to desired consistency.
Divide mixture into ramekins and cover top with flax and sprinkle w/ 1 Tsp coconut.
