- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- juice and zest of 3 limes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 dried hibiscus flowers
- club soda
- ice

Preparation
Step 1
In a small pan, simmer juice and zest of lemon and limes, sugar and water until sugar dissolves. Add hibiscus flowers and remove from heat. Steep, covered, 2-3 hours. Strain through a double-mesh strainer and chill.
Add 1 part syrup to 4 parts club soda. Serve over ice in a Collins glass.
