Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 T. tahini
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1 tomato, seeded, diced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
- pita bread wedges

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor or blender, combine beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt; process until smooth. Combine tomato, onions and parsley in small bowl. Spoon bean mixture into medium serving bowl; top with tomato mixture. Serve with pita bread.
