- Shrimp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add butter, salt, and pepper. Wait for butter to foam, then add shrimp. Cook shrimp on one side for 1 minute, then add garlic and wine. Flip shrimp over and for 1 minute.
