Buttery Toffee Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter - softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp bak soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 8 oz pkg toffee bits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter, sugar, eggs & vanilla in lg mixer bowl, beat on med until creamy. Reduce speed to low, add flour, soda and salt. Mix, add toffee bits. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 min, cool 1 min, then remove to wire racks....
