Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sprite or 1/4 cup 7-Up soda
- 2 -3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper (regular black or cayenne)
- 1 pepper (green or red), chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1 Place chicken in crock pot.
2 Saute peppers and onions and add to crock pot
3 Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. (add more cayenne pepper, if want it spicy)
4 Cook on low for 4 hours.
5 Serve over rice or noodles.
6 You can thicken the juices after cooking with a little cornstarch.
