Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 4 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 cup dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 tbsp. either garlic salt or chilled minced garlic
- 1 large diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil but turn down immediately and simmer for 1-2 hours. Stir often.
