Ingredients

  • 2 bags (19 oz each) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® Value Size frozen roasted potatoes, broccoli & cheese sauce
  • 3/4 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (3 oz)
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)

Preparation

Step 1

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Cook frozen vegetables as directed on bag. Spoon evenly into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2 Top with cheese and bacon.

3 Bake uncovered 6 to 8 minutes or until topping is light golden brown. Top individual servings with sour cream and onions.
