Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour (make sure to sift the flour first. This can be time consuming, but if you don't the cookies tend to burn!)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1 cup chocolate chunks (I use the dairy free vegan chunks from Whole Foods)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. Mix wet ingredients into dry.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Makes 24 cookies
Make a double batch of these delicious cookies and wrap half up in plastic wrap and put into the freezer. That way when your sweet tooth kicks in-you can satisfy it quickly without the mess of making a fresh batch!
