  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3 Tbs Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Lemon cut into quarters
  • Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 425 degrees.
Beat the eggs together with the milk and vanilla.
Mix together flour, sugar and salt and add the egg mixture, blending until just smooth.
In a large, oven safe, round bottom fry pan, melt the butter on the stove, add the batter and cook on low for 5 minutes or until bottom sets. Move to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the sides rise and the top turns golden brown.
