Chocolate Raspberry Crumb Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter with mixer until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar, salt until well mixed. With floured fingers, press 1 3/4 cup crumb mixture onto bottom of 13x9 greased pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Combine 1 cup morsels and condensed milk in saucepan. Melt stirring until smooth. Pour over hot crust.

Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Drop teaspoons of raspberry jam on top. Sprinkle remaining chips on top.

Bake 25--30 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack.
