Ingredients

  • 1 Quart Fresh Strawberries,
  • Divided
  • 1 1/3 C Blueberries,
  • Divided
  • 1-8 oz Pkg Any Flavor Jello
  • 1 1/2 C Boiling Water
  • 1 C Cold Water & Enough
  • Ice Cubes to = 2 Cups
  • 1-12 oz Pound Cake
  • 2-8 oz Cream Cheese,
  • Softened
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, Thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Slice 1 cup of strawberries and
cut the rest in half (3 cups remain).

Add boiling water to jello, stir 2 minutes.
Add water & ice, stir until ice is melted.
Refrigerate 5-10 minutes until slightly
thick. Cut pound cake into 10 slices.
Line 9 X 13" glass pan with pound
cake slices. Stir sliced strawberries
and 1 cup blueberries into jello.
Spoon over cake slices. Refrigerate
4 hours. Beat cream cheese & sugar
together till smooth. Add cool whip,
mix well. Spread over jello.
Arrange berries to make a flag.
