Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 2 C Bisquick Mix
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 C Milk
- 1 C Finely Chopped Apple
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Bisquick
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Bake 400° 9" round pan
Preheat oven.
Grease the pan; set aside.
Prepare topping; set aside
Mix bisquick, sugar, egg and milk
together. Beat vigorously for
30 seconds. Stir in apples.
Spread batter in pan & sprinkle
with topping. Bake 20-25 minutes.
