  • 1 (10 count) package taco size flour tortillas
  • 1 (30 ounce) refried beans
  • jalapenos or green chilies, optional
  • 1 (10 ounce) enchilada sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) tomato soup
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set one cup of cheese aside. Combine enchilada sauce and soup. Optional, combine jalapenos or green chiles with the refried beans. On each tortilla, spoon one tablespoon of sauce measure and spread over tortilla. Spread two tablespoons of refried beans over sauce. Sprinkle about one tablespoon of cheese over beans. Roll up, burrito style. Place tortillas in greased 9x13" pan. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Cover and bake about 40 to 50 minutes.
