Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons flour

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in order given. Stir to mix. Heat on medium until soup thickens. Serve.
