Prunes carries a stigma of being "old people food" and no one wants to be seen as being an old person. However if you actually eat them it can help keep you healthy at any age. You can eat them when no one's looking. It will feel like chocolate!

- Prune Plums as many as you want

Preparation
Step 1
Get all the prune plums you can. Cut them along the seam to remove the pit and lay cut side down on a dehydrator or rack. Dehydrate for several hours until there are no more squishy pockets
