- 1 lb.cod fillets
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
2 Cut cod into serving size pieces.
3 Mix butter and lemon juice.
4 In a separate bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper.
5 Dip cod in butter/lemon then roll in flour mixture.
6 Place in unreleased 8 x 8" pan. Pour whats left of the butter mixture on top.Sprinkle with paprika.
7 Bake uncovered for 25-30 mn. or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
8 Garnish with lemon slices and fresh chopped parsley.
