- 8 baby bok choy, quartered lenghtwise
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 2 1/2 teaspoon red chili paste
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

Step 1
1. In a wok, stir-fry bok choy in oil for 3 minutes.
2. Add ginger and 1/4 tsp of salt; stir-fry 2 minutes more.
3. Add paste and hoisin sauce; stir-fry 1 minute more
