Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 3 C Flour, Sifted
- 1 C Butter
- CAKE:
- 1 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs (well beaten)
- 1 C Buttermilk
- 1 C Chopped Walnuts,
- or Pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Bake 375° 9 X 13 pan. Grease & Flour
Preheat oven.
Mix both sugars & flour, cut the butter
in as for a pie crust. Measure 1 cup
of mix & set aside for topping. To
remaining add baking soda and
salt; mix well. Add eggs and buttermilk
and beat until smooth. Spread in pan
and sprinkle 1 cup crumb mix and nuts
on top and bake for 25 minutes
