for nothing because today I have a perfect chicken dinner for you. Perfectly easy that is. You dont have to use chicken fillets if you don’t have any the recipe works well with any type of chicken. One little tip I have found when making this meal is to lay a piece of foil over your baking tray whilst you are baking and turn your chicken at least once. You should be able to tell just from site when the caramelization is done. Depending on how effective your oven is this can take anywhere for 45 minutes to an hour. Simply serve with some boiled potatoes and a side of salad for a very easy yet tasty meal. Ready in no more than 75 minutes and contains 400 calories per serving for the chicken by itself.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
Do you place the foil UNDER the chicken and bake the chicken uncovered or do you cover the dish with the foil? I’m not real clear on that.
