Ingredients
- 1 c homemade mayonnaise
- (1/3 c coconut oil, melted; 1/3 c sesame oil, 1/3 c EVOO, 1 egg, 1 T brown mustard, 1 T lemon juice, pinch of salt)
- 2 T brown mustard
- 1/2 t lemon juice
- 1 T pure maple syrup

Step 1
Melt coconut oil and allow it to cool enough to pour the other cold oils into the cup. Stir in the other two oils. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend the egg, brown mustard, lemon juice and pinch of salt. Drizzle in the oil mixture at a very slow trickle (taking 3-4 minutes for the entire cup of oil). continue to process until the mayo has reached a desirable consistency.
