Ingredients
- 4-7 oz can Whole green chili or use fresh ones
- 1 lb monteray jack cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/4 Cup milk
- 1/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash black pepper
- 4 cups grated cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Slit green Chili in half and stuff with jack cheese. Place chili in ungreased pan. Mix all other ingredients and pour over. Sprinkle with cheddar. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
