Reese's Peanut Butter Cheese Ball

By

I love Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. It is one of the few items that I have no self control with. If you are looking for something delicious for your Super Bowl Party, I'm telling you this Reese's Peanut Butter Cheese Ball is a perfect fit. It was gone in a matter of minutes when I took it to my own little party.
This is so good that you can even eat it with a spoon (not that I would ever do that).

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until blended.

Spoon onto a large piece of plastic wrap; bring up all four corners and twist tightly forming into a ball shape.

Freeze for about 1 hour or until it is firm.

Remove the plastic wrap and place it on a serving dish. Gently press the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups into the ball so that it covers the top and sides.

Freeze for 2 hours or until almost firm. Thaw for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or apple slices.
