Ingredients

  • 2 C All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 t Baking Soda
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 C Salted Butter
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 3/4 C Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 t Water
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet or line with silpat mat.

Mix the DRY ingredients in a bowl.

Cream butter and sugars with mixer. Add the water and vanilla. Mix the ingredients until they are just combined. Add the eggs and mix lightly. Stir in flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chip being careful not to overmix the dough.

Drop 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets squishing slightly. Bake for 12 minutes or until edges and centers are brown.
