- 15 ounces Cheez Whiz
- 1 cup flour
- 1 & 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces beer of choice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 cup chives

Step 1
Melt butter in small saucepan, slowly add flour to make a paste, slowly add chicken broth. Add Cheez Whiz, cream then beer. When thoroughly mixed, add chives and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low in crockpot for at least 3 hours, longer if needed for a thicker consistency.
