Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cube steak
- flour
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can 14.5 stewed tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp marjorum
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge steak in flour seasoned with onion salt and pepper.
Brown in pan with heated oil.
Drain pan and add tomatoes, tomato sauce and marjorum.
Cook & simmer 20 minutes.
Add bell pepper and cook additional 5 minutes.
