- l can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pint whipping cream

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and then fold in most of the whipped cream. Save some whipped cream for the top.
I make my own graham cracker crust and after it cools I pour the lemon mixture on top and let it get cold. You can garnish with fruit or serve it plain .
