  • 3 TBSP MARGARINE
  • 6 MED ONIONS THINLY SLICED
  • 2 LBS STEWING BEEF IN 1 INCH CUBES
  • 1/4 CUP PAPRIKA
  • 1 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 8 OZ SOUR CREAM
  • 4 CUPS BUTTERED HOT NOODLES

Preparation

Step 1

IN 5 QUART DUTCH OVEN OVER MED. HEAT IN MARGARINE COOK ONIONS UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.
ADD MEAT AND PAPRIKA AND SALT.
REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND SIMMER 1 1/2 TO 2 HRS. OR MEAT IS FORK TENDER.
STIR IN SOUR CREAM, HEAT THROUGH, DO NOT BOIL.
SERVE OVER HOT NOODLES. SERVES 8
