Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. malted milk powder
  • 3 cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 oz. semisweet chocolate

Step 1

Crust:
Heat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 pan with nonstick foil, extending beyond the short ends. Combine crust ingredients. Press mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8-10 min, until set. Let cool on wire rack.

Filling:
Whisk sugar and malted milk powder in med. bowl. Beat cream cheese in larger mixer bowl about 4 min, until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar mixture until well blended. Beat in sour cream and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs until combined.

In micro bowl melt chocolate in microwave. Remove 1/2 c. malt batter and stir into melted chocolate. Pour remaining malt batter over crust. Pour chocolate batter over malt batter in a zigzag fashion; swirl with a thin knife to marbleize. Bake 35-40 min. or until top is set. Cool completely on wire rack; loosely cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Lift out by foil and cut into bars.
