Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low=fat buttermilk
  • 3 T hot sauce
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 T cajun seasoning salt
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 pound chicken strips
  • cooking oil spray

Preparation

Step 1

Cover chicken in hot sauce and let marinate for 1 hour. Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray. Mix flour and seasonings in a large bowl. Put buttermilk in a small bowl. Dip each chicken strip in flour, buttermilk and four again and lay on cooking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes at 375 or until done.
