Jo Ann's Chocolate-Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Ingredients

• 3 T. all-purpose flour
• 2 T. sugar
• 1-1/2 T. baking cocoa
• 1/4 t. baking powder
• 1/8 t. salt
• 3 T. milk
• 1-1/2 T. oil
• 1 T. creamy peanut butter
• Optional: candy-coated chocolates

Preparation

Step 1

In a large heat-proof mug, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add milk, oil and peanut butter; stir until smooth.

Microwave on high setting for one minute and 10 seconds. Sprinkle with chocolates, if desired. Serve immediately.

Makes one serving.
