Ingredients

  • 1/4 coup fresh lemon
  • 1/2 tspl. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
  • 4 strips lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, cilantro, dill or oregano, or a mix of all four
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Step 1

Combine lemon juice, red pepper, black pepper and salt in a bowl and whisk unitl salt cystals have dissolved. Add lemon zest, garlic, parsley, and other herbs. Whisk in olive oil. Use within 2 hours. Stir before using.
