Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup instant potatoes
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 4 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1/3 bar paraffin wax

Preparation

Step 1

Combine potato, vanilla, sugar and coconut. Mix well. Chill overnight. Shape into balls and chill again. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Dip candy in chocolate and place on waxed paper to set. They taste like Mounds candy bars.
