Ingredients
- 1 lb. plum tomatoes, cored
- 1-1/2 kosher salt
- 1/4 c finely chopped red onion
- 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/2-1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Place tomatoes in a large bowl and stir in salt. Let stand at room temperature until tomatoes release their juices, 10-30 minutes. Add everything else and stir to combine
