Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 4 Fresh Ripe Peaches or 8-canned Peach Halves
- 8 Tbsp Vanilla Yogurt
- 8 Tsp Brown Sugar
- Pecan Halves (for garnish)
- (can be made in advance)
- 3/4 Cup Pecans, crumbled
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Corn Flakes crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove peach skin and pit and place peach halves in oven-proof dish.
2) Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in each cavity. Bake 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees F,set aside.
3)Mix filling ingredients (freeze leftovers future use). Just before serving, add a tablespoon of filling on each peach. Broil on high until browned, Place each peach on a tablespoon of yogurt and garnish with 3 pecan halves. Serve immediately.
