Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • 4 Fresh Ripe Peaches or 8-canned Peach Halves
  • 8 Tbsp Vanilla Yogurt
  • 8 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • Pecan Halves (for garnish)
  • (can be made in advance)
  • 3/4 Cup Pecans, crumbled
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Corn Flakes crumbled

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove peach skin and pit and place peach halves in oven-proof dish.

2) Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in each cavity. Bake 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees F,set aside.

3)Mix filling ingredients (freeze leftovers future use). Just before serving, add a tablespoon of filling on each peach. Broil on high until browned, Place each peach on a tablespoon of yogurt and garnish with 3 pecan halves. Serve immediately.
